Elk Grove ADA Paratransit Service Option
On Thursday, July 1, 2021, e-van paratransit services annexed into SacRT; however, e-van ADA service continues within the city limits of Elk Grove and to limited medical facilities in South Sacramento.
For customers needing to make trips outside of the city of Elk Grove, ADA service will also be available through SacRT GO Paratransit Services.

SacRT e-van Trip: ADA and Non-ADA service is available within the City of Elk Grove with the exception of service to and from South Sacramento medical facilities; operates Monday-Friday 5:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
SacRT GO ADA Trip: The origin and destination of the trip resides within 3/4 mile of an active SacRT fixed route or light rail station. Service area map is available at www.sacrtgo.com.
SacRT GO Non-ADA Trip: The origin or destination of the trip resides within the identified Non-ADA service area. Non-ADA service is available to ADA eligible riders and is service that goes beyond what would be available on regular fixed route buses and light rail trains. This service is available during limited hours, please check www.sacrt.com for more information.
FTA ADA Paratransit 3/4 mile Definition: ADA complementary paratransit service is service provided to origins and destinations within corridors with a width of three-fourths of a mile on each side of each fixed route. The corridor shall include an area with a three-fourths of a mile radius at the ends of each fixed route.
