  Pre-paid Ticket
  & Pass Exchange

                  (June 1 - August 31)

Effective July 1, 2010, RT buses and light rail fare vending machines will not accept pre-paid tickets and passes with a June 30, 2010 expiration date. During a three-month period beginning June 1, customers may exchange Basic and Discount single fare tickets or daily passes for new fare media (December 31, 2011 expiration date). RT fares will remain the same.

RT will conduct even exchanges of fare media
(June 30, 2010 expiration date) from June 1 - August 31 at:

RT Customer Service and Sales Center
 1225 R Street   (adjacent to the 13th Street light rail station)

Weekdays - 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Closed weekends and most holidays.

In addition, RT staff will conduct even exchanges of pre-paid $2.50 Basic and $1.25 Discount single fare tickets, and $6 Basic and $3 Discount daily passes on:

Wednesday, June 9
 8th & O
 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.		 Thursday, June 10
Archives Plaza (11th & O streets)
10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

No other fare merchandise exchanges will take place at the above light rail locations.
To exchange fare media that requires additional payment, please visit the RT Customer Service and Sales Center located at 1225 R Street.
