RT Customer Service Hours As part of RT's continued efforts to cut costs across the agency, RT will reduce operating hours for the Call Center, and Customer Service and Sales Center at 1225 R Street (adjacent to the 13th Street light rail station). Effective Sunday, April 18, 2010, RT will no longer provide customer service via telephone and in-person during late evening hours and weekends. Customers are encouraged to visit www.sacrt.com for route, schedule and fare information outside of normal business hours. Effective Sunday, April 18, the new hours are as follows: RT Call Center 916-321-BUSS (2877) Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. RT Customer Service and Sales Center 1225 R Street
